Improving Operations using RFID's
For our semester-long project, our Team decided on implementing a system that would allow Dirtbags to improve operational efficiency. With the use of
RFID and
NFC technologies, our team will implement a tracking system that would allow servers and tenders to promptly see how low a client's drink is on a computer screen. With the aid of this tracking system servers at Dirtbags would be able to serve their clients more promptly- thus, eliminating tedious waiting lines or miscues when ordering drinks.
Ultimately, the goal of this project will be for our team to significantly improve the bar's operations and increase customer and staff satisfaction.
